Professionally, I am an experienced leader in Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Experience with proven success in developing growth oriented marketing strategies. Over the last 20 years, I've had the great fortune of managing all aspects of marketing and product management; which enables me to bring a wide range of expertise to my clients. I am an early storyteller and speaker in the world of customer experience (CX) and the use of text analytics and analysis in varying use cases. This experience enables me to drive real "customer first" programs. Today, I leverage my experiences across many technologies and services. I am passionate about my clients, their mission and their products.
